CAP21 has a rolling admission policy. Applications are processed and reviewed as soon as they are received. Applications are not considered complete until all information is received by CAP21. When all materials are received, you will be contacted for a telephone interview and to set a date for a live audition. (See Auditions)
CAP21 reserves the right to refuse applicants to maintain a high level of professional training.
The steps of the application process include:

- Notification of acceptance within 30 days of your audition
- Actor confirms their acceptance within 30 days of their acceptance notice
- Tuition deposit due within 30 days of acceptance
- Payment plans available)
- First semester classes begin in August and January.
Applicants need to send in the following paperwork:
- Application form (Application Form PDF)
- Headshot (8x10 black and white or color photo)
- Resume
- 2 letters of recommendation (Recommendation Form pdf)
- Application and audition fee of $100 (non-refundable) payable by check, money order, or credit card
- High School or College Transcript
